Duties and Responsibilities

• To Support Director in managing all accounting, tax and financial reporting
• To manage day to day financial and accounting operations
• To prepare monthly management reports and financial results
• To responsible for budgetary controls, review forecast and projections
• To responsible for financial reporting, audit and tax submission
• To ensure monthly financial review and reporting within dateline
• To coordinate with banks on daily banking matters; preparation of cash flow forecast and maintenance of bank balances
• To supervise and provide support to Finance and Accounting team members
• To establish good working relationship with subordinates, inter-departments' colleagues, Management and relevant outsiders
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required
