  • Perform variance analysis to understand deviations from budget/forecast and provide insights.


  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
  • planning and initiatives by providing financial insights and projections.
  • Partner with business units to understand their financial needs and challenges.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial statements.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy of financial processes.
  • Lead or support finance-related projects as needed, including system implementations and upgrades.
The Successful Applicant


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or CPA preferred.


  • Experience:
    • 8 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis, preferably within a multinational corporation.
    • Prior experience in a finance shared service environment is a strong plus.
    • Audit experience is highly preferred.


  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in financial modeling and use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
