Job vacancy Software Architect

Our client is a MNC Solution Provider who specializes Financial Services and serves various clients globally and across Malaysia. My client is expanding the capabilities of the Technical Team and looking forward in hiring the experts and skillful talents in the market to join them on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Lead team members in open-source software to build various applications based on client’s request.
• Involve in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) such as architect, design, test, and delivery of system software.
• Involve in end-to-end architecture of project delivery.
• Lead technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to the product.
• Participate in development in the SW architecture.
• Lead projects on technical and architectural design decisions, review technical designs and coach delivery team in project delivery.
• Involve in continuous integration environment within DevOps.
• Participate in Research and Development (R&D) of new methodologies, technologies, and products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant.
• Min 8 years’ experience in Java application development and software design.
• Exposure in banking or Financial services industry will be added advantage.
• Expertise in RESTfulAPI, SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
• Good experience in Microservice based architecture, software architecture and designing.
• Experience in deploying Cloud/ virtualization solutions.
• Exposure in CI CD tools .
• Experience in implementation using frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring Cloud ad Spring Dataflow etc.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
