Position Title: Account Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM5000-Rm7000

Job Responsibilities:

• Full time position

• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Manage the year-end audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.

• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular updates to Management.

• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing, CN, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure cash flow requirements are met.

• Ensure proper maintenance of the company's financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, filing, and other requirements, including corporate tax and other statutory bodies, while reconciling accounts.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects as and when required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate with a Diploma or Degree in finance/accounting.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.

• Proficient in Xero and other accounting software would be advantageous.

• Working experience in audit and tax would be an added advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
