Achievement orientated, self-starter, independent and possess a high degree of self-motivation and able to work under pressure and multitasking. Proficient in both written and spoken in English will be added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint). Willing to travel if necessary. Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Devise better strategic campaigns to find suitable candidates. Find better ways to attract more talented candidates.
- Placement of advertisement and processing of applicants/arrange for interviews.
- Helps with interview/selection- gives valuable input and recommendation.
- Present a positive and realistic image of company to candidates.
Induction
- Orientation workshop / On-boarding.
- Select a right buddy person within their dept.
- Brief of the clear job scope / functional role.
- Promotes a conducive and harmonious working environment.
- Resolve employee conflicts / improves overall teamwork.
Promotes employee's involvement in company work improvement initiatives

- Stay interview.
Administration
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
