Any machines after running for a certain period of time will need to be overhauled to maintain the best running condition. Chillers have no exception. Chiller overhaul is required to extend it lifespan.

When one of your chillers system is overhauling and the building does not have additional chillers to support the air conditioning system. What will happen if the back up chillers break down during the main chillers overhauling, there will be insufficient cooling for the building or for the machine required to be cooled down in the case of Process Cooling. It can be a disaster. This may cause production of important goods to be halted. The consequences is not able to meet production schedule, it may result in the customer looking elsewhere for supplies or facing legal proceedings due to breach in the sales agreement.
