Sampai sekarang dalam kem tiada barang tu sampai,macam mana ini..dari bulan 6 tiada masuk barang saya..tolong periksa semula,sebulan barang tak pandai masuk dah nie

Parcels were never delivered on time as the service is one of the worst if not the worst, always late in delivery especially if customers do not take initiative to check out where it is. Very poor service and if possible, avoid it at all cost.

Lembat sangat buat kerja . Apa yg ko p perap barang tu lama2 dalam opis . Dah smnggu barang tu smpai . Blum2 lagi ko p hantar kerumah . Jangan sudah guna perkhidmatan diorang ni sangat lembabbbbbb

I don’t why this ABC express still exists ! It should be banned from operating in this line of business ! Worst ever service the world has ever seen ! Hopeless and a disgrace to al Malaysians !

I don't know why the courier like to simpan the parcel lama2 at their office, dah sampai, hantar la! Also didn't got working office number, how to call to check? Be responsible, can or not!

X paya post barang pakai abx. Lembab. Brng dah 1 week lgi x smpai2 lagi. Call customer service pun x angkat. Kol banyak kali ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️. Better gna j&t la senang cpt

worst service! contact no’s given all cant be contacted. my parcel arrived in d ofc for 2 days but still not reach my house. what happened to my parcel

******** - number courier ni paling terok tolong manager tegur pekerja kamu ni , bodo nya telampau di simpan . sudaa sampai dekat rumaa tinggal masuk simpang sikit sak pun ndabolee . dia bilang dorang nda di bagi masuk tmpt begitu padahal courier abx hari tu ok jakk pun yang ini sak ni yang terok bukan jauh pun mau masuk , menyusah kan orang . macam gini kau layan customer kerja mu nda akan lama . tlg ya next time abx kalau mau hantar barang di rumaa ku jangan la budak ni , budak yang pakai axia merah . mcm taik tu perangai

I believe ABX has the worst courier service in Tawau..I need to speak to the management to explain why I say this..just read all the comments from ABX customers in this site..
