1) During discussion all CAN DO
2) After confirmation all LATE INFO, never have the initiative to respond to messages, to reply although message has been read.
3) Never update progress.
4) Last minute info on unavailability of required item.
5) Never have the courtesy to even say sorry.
6) Wrongly installed of kitchen hood (too high) and when asked why, then said he don't know how to install. But no sorry nothing but insist on full payment. Even dare say, if discount given (for their own fault) it is considered as charity (which I don't find it wrong to do charity).
Overall review: BAD and highly NOT recommended.
