wrong total amount in credit note
P.O. number always not shown on invoice
point customer payment late but did not reply email as soon as possible to help customer checking the invoice for enable customer to prepare payment.
do not send debtor statements to customer ASAP,until customer requests second time only send out statements but claim customer payment late.
