Service at ferragamo outlet at Isetan Mid valley. Despite buying a pair of shoes we were shunned by the sales personnels all 3. Attitude given very horrible giving us the impression that they were not happy to serve us despite no customers. Like disturbing them from their honeymoon!! This happened today 15.6 at around 7.30pm
Of course as customers buying such expensive shoes my daughter had to make sure she had a good fit and choice. Can u imagine the sales girl giving us the "monkey face" look when we requested for another pair of a size 6. Not enough when we requested to see another bag from the show case the sales girl wasn't too pleased to bring it out. When my daughter said thank you is it the way to treat us like we had leprosy she immediately in front of us quickly cleaned the bag. It wasn't closing time either. Why the hurry when there were NO CUSTOMERS to attend to! They should be happy that there were some queries and potential customers! To top this horrible attitude when they gave my daughter the FERRAGAMO paper bag with her pair of shoes she didn't even bother to say thank you with a smile and Please come again. What a sick attitude! And all these had to happen in front of our foreign guests from Europe! They asked us as they were observing is this the kind of service we get at such high end boutiques??? Where could we hide our face???
