I would like to complaint the Mayang Sari bus in Muar. The attitude of person who sale the bus ticket at kaunter is very poor and rude. I am one of victim where I buy the bus ticket but I have no seat place for me. This action can be categorize as cheating our customer. I got pay the money and buy the bus ticket legally at the mayang sari counter, but the very unfortunate thing is that I have no seat place for me. Thus I call to the counter bus ticket mayang sari, one of the person in-charge pick up my phone, his/her name call Fazreen. I ask them why I got bought the bus ticket already but i have no seat for me. The Fazreen spoke so rudely and with the high vioce reply me and said that is their wrong that they sold out the seat already. I just wonder in this advance techonology century, all the bus ticket seeling now through the computer system, wouldn;t be wrongly sell out if the the computer already mark for seat palce that is already not available. But they Mayang sari counter still sold out the invailabla\e palce to the other custome. My question is, what for i buy the bus ticket earlir but got no place seat for me?????some more i got pay the money for my bus ticket. Once i know there got no seat for me, I wish the people in-charge to applogize to me, but he/she did not say sorry and ask me to wait for another bus and said if you not satisfied you can go to other company. I have been later for another one hour to wait for the next bus to kl. I was very angry, frustrated and dissapointed with our malaysian service and their rude attitude. I wish your company can take an appropriate action to this matter. If I got no response from your comapny, I will compalint until the hak pengguna because we have right to do so. It is really a rude and very shame matter i have been come across. Just to remind your company, I have been study law in University of Malaya, I know all the law and rules that we as a customer have right to complaint and sue your company if your company ognore this serious matter. Thanks and looking forward for your company response and action taken as soon as possible.
