oh gosh! i am surprise to read Celine's comment on her experience on Carlo Rino bag! i have a similar experience and now i wonder if i should continue to buy Carlo Rino product.
I brought my first Carlo Rino bag during Jusco Member day last month and within 1 month time, my colleague spotted defect on the handle of the bag. i am so embarassed and thought i did not check properly before i buy the bag. but a week later, i found that there are more defects in the handle now. I am very unhappy and wonder what is my right as a consumer.
on 27'May i have brought a slide handbag from your brand for 40% discount. this was my first time purchase this brand, i just want to have a try how good was your brand. after use for few day it began damage. A leather at the decoration key tear off and one of the button also tear off. So i went to Jusco store customer service to exchange the item to other item because i feel not confident. when your promoter came over and check on it and she say that this bag had been used. she only allow me to exchange it to other item that discount 50% from the same brand. when i ask her why this bag so easy to damaged, only few day i use it. she say discount item sure like that and if you buy new arrival item sure no problem. i disagreed with what she say because i have buy other discount item from other brands before and all of it still lasting until today. after argue with her, she allow me to refund it. but while she walking away she insulted me by saying " then you better don't buy discount item next time", like i can't effort to buy new arrival item. I'm not the type of person who likes to shop hard to buy branded goods. i don't mind how you all people looked at me. as long as i feel comfortable. PLEASE REMEMBER NOT ALL RICH PERSON LIKE TO SHOW OFF BY WEAR BRANDED CLOTHS.
