Reviews of Mama Jo Launderette - Laundry Services - Puchong

It was my first time sending my handbags for spa. Had no idea what to expect and the process. The person in charge explained patiently to me. This was about 1 month ago as it took around 1 month to do the repair work. Collected my bag today an I am impressed. The bag is not lile brand new but from what it was, I can gladly say its been restored closed to what I expected. Thank you Jo.

Been using them for many years. The lady boss is very friendly and helpful. I am always a busy person on the go, but they always try to accommodate to my request. I would say 95% of the time the cleaning and delivery of my items meet my expectations. The 5% is probably cause i am a super fussy person. No one is perfect but i am honest review so far so good.

I ask them to take down my curtain for washing. They sent a Vietnamese lady with a young boy to do the job. Curtain came back, they install it and the tie was missing. At first they deny it, luckily I have picture to prove I did indeed have the tie. I complain to Mama Jo, the reply that came back was ‘noted’. No apology was offered, maybe they think they are always right. The Vietnamese lady offered to buy a different string to tie the curtain but the design was awful. I asked for different design, then she was quiet. Ain’t gonna use them again. Ever. If at all, the way they handle it is below par.

My fist impression that it only does dry cleaning & laundry. Further checking online they actually do clean and repair work for luxury handbags. Send in a few of my bags, price on certain items can be a bit higher but for the result and quality i don't mind. Customer service is excellent!

They did a pretty good job cleaning my handbag which was very dirty. Minus the wear and tear through the years, cleaning the bag did make it a look much more newer. Definitely will recommend my friends.

The best dry cleaning place I have ever experienced so far. Unlike other places I have been too, my dry cleaned clothes actually feels clean and doesn't have the bad odor anymore. Thanks Mama Jo

Very honest people. I left like RM 200 in on of my trousers and they returned it to me when I returned to collect my clothes.

Had a brand new shirt and had stained it the first time I wore it. Lucky me, Mama Jo was able to remove it. Shirt looks like brand new to me.
