Company description
Founded by the renowned dessert connoisseur and tour guide Mr. Tang from Taiwan, BlackBall was given its special name due to its 'black' jelly goodness and yam 'balls' in their desserts. This unique recipe was made with Xian Cao, a famous Taiwanese tea and dessert ingredient that is primarily grown in the Guan Xi district. Mr. Tang wanted everyone to have the opportunity to enjoy his creations, so in 2006, he opened the first BlackBall outlet in Taipei. He was passionate about Xian Cao's health benefits and the great taste of his desserts, and proudly served them to the public.
