Position Title : Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM300,000 – RM400,000 per year

Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager, your role encompasses pivotal responsibilities aimed at ensuring the successful execution of our projects and the efficient management of our resources. Throughout your tenure with the Company, you will:

· Provide strategic oversight, supervision, and leadership to project teams and associated departments, driving cohesion and alignment toward project objectives.

· Strategically plan and lead project teams in the seamless implementation of projects, including rigorous budget and cost monitoring, while maintaining vigilant supervision of site progress to uphold construction timelines and quality standards.

· Assume responsibility for monitoring all contractual matters, offering expert administration and advice from tender preparation through to final and post-contract phases, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations.

· Manage and prepare comprehensive contract documentation and schedules, providing invaluable support in estimating project costs, preparing specifications, and developing bills of quantities to facilitate project execution.

· Oversee the holistic financial management of projects, including the preparation of feasibility studies and ongoing financial oversight to ensure projects remain on track and within budget.

· Conduct periodic reviews of project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards, contributing insightful input during meetings and discussions to drive continuous improvement.

· Lead project teams in the preparation of detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, as well as cost status reports, ensuring thorough review and approval by Management/Board.

· Foster effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, including business partners, local authorities, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to address project-related matters promptly and effectively.

· Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure timely certification of completed work and adherence to project specifications, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

· Strive to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets set by superiors and the Board, demonstrating adaptability and agility in responding to evolving objectives.

· Manage and lead the valuation of monthly progress payments, oversee the closing of final accounts, and implement robust cost control measures as required to optimize project financials and ensure profitability.

· Ensure strict adherence to work schedules and specifications, actively addressing any deviations to maintain project integrity and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

· Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in driving the success of our projects and upholding our commitment to excellence in project management and delivery.
