Review of AZ World Car Services Sdn. Bhd.

AZ World Car Services- very bad service. The manager Simon always give excuses when you mentioned your car has some problems after the service. In fact, they have not enough experience to rectify the problems that you mentioned (like why the water in the water tank keep on reducing) and worse is they never look into or admit their own bad service problem after the service. He will always tell you that cars from other customers have no such problem to close the case. I have been servicing my forte for the past 2 years (due to under warranty) and I have faced too many bad experience over there, I found that they are not responsible to anything after their service even after a simple balancing service as well (found steering vibration after that). Now, I have switched to another center for my routine car service.
