Review Lack of courtesy and untrustworthy

I need to send a large medical equipment for from Malaysia to India and I have been following up Florette for months but they kept procrastinating and ignoring, despite several follow ups from my end. They finally asked for all details and when I sent the details, they went silent again. After repeated follow ups they curtly told me that there is no shipment that they can arrange for me, without so much as an apology for keeping me anxious and waiting. Horrible service and not trustworthy, I do not recommend.
