Review of RHB Insurance Berhad

I lost my car recently and I am very disappointed and upset with RHB Insurance's staff attitude in Kuanan Branch. They provided zero service to me. I have to follow up my claim payment since day 1. They did't provide me any advice or info on the procedure and claim amount. I have to follow up my own on everything. The staffs are not friendly and helpful at all. I guess they are not being well traine on the knowledge and customers service. I surrender with their bad service. This is s nightmare for me and I won't recommend my friends or relatives to insure with them. A good lesson for me to learn on their poor service.
