Review Bonded warehouse operator inside Northport & Westport

One of my client container was overweight when transferring into the port. Port operator prohibited the container to load on vessel and to claim back the container from bonded area back to shipper place require a lot of effort, such as customs explanation letter from shipper and etc.
Then we manage to found them and transfer the container into their warehouse for unstuff the goods partially.
Service is neat and fast. They followed our instruction to take out cargo we want from the packing list.
Then catch on next available vessel.
We are allow to bring our client to witness the process of unloading too. (if your client wanted to, otherwise photo is provided.)
But please note that when this kind of issue happened, please do not expect a very cheap cost. As long as money can settle the problem. It is a good chance for the client learn from this mistake as well.
