Review of Experts Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd.

I am writing this review is to share my bad experiences with this agency who did a cancellation of the trip at last month of the booking date. Our group is around 7 persons. We actually had book and pay all the fees (around 10k) since last year September to Korea. Everything is working fine and at the last month due to the booking date, we go buy all the necessary equipments and change for the necessary Korea notes. At the January of 2011, the person in charge give a reason they are unable perform a group so that they decide to cancel the trip. Although they are agree to refund back, but I feel unhappy, and this comes in mind all the way "Are they are playing cheats? maybe they found another group which willing to pay more or they are utilizing our earlier payment to do others thing..", also we are wasting the money on the equipments and the Korea notes as well. I am very disappointed with the behavior of this agency and never trust them again!
