Review of SRI MAJU SARATA EKSPRES SDN BHD

On 1 June 2013,we travelled from Sri Manjung,Perak to Singapore via your bus No.AGK 9698, starting 9.00 am. Upon arriving in Woodsland,we checked through the Singapore custom normally, but your above bus has left without us and did not give any instruction to follow other Sri Maju bus passing by to the Golden Mile, beach road. We have clearly told the bus driver before boarding the bus that we are going to Golden Mile.

We were left stranded and worrying rushing up and down departure bus bays looking for AGK 9698 with 4 luggages bags. Unnecessarily worries arises as there were taxis around.

The management has to improve the services.
