Review of Winluck IT Resources

I bought a wireless router from them on the most recent PC Fair this year. It was bad from the 1st day. Took the unit back the setting won't work.

Called Mr. Jeff, told him my problem, he told me to go to his shop to claim warranty.

When I went there, he told me that I spoil the unit, so cannot claim warranty.

I mean what kind of shop is this.. when buy time you have the impression that they are very good at it. Guess I was very wrong. Their service suck big time.
