Duties and Responsibilities:
· Non-voice support in processing orders, requests, and transactions with flair.
· Initiate proactive customer outreach to enhance their experience.
· Tackle customer complaints with finesse and efficiency.
· Gather and analyze valuable customer feedback.
· Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
· Maintain a positive, empathetic demeanor at all times.
· Collaborate and coordinate seamlessly with your awesome colleagues.
Job Qualifications:
· College degree preferred but not a deal-breaker for passionate individuals.
· Keep your cool under pressure, turning customer stress into satisfaction.
· Computer-savvy and comfortable navigating digital landscapes.
· Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
· Proficient in both written and spoken English and selected languages to support.
· Impressive typing skills.
· Master the art of multitasking and effective time management.
