  • Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders within the Commercial Department to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.


  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment and selection process for key positions within the Commercial Department, ensuring the attraction, retention, and development of top talent.


  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning, to drive employee engagement and productivity.


  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders on employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to resolve issues effectively and in accordance with company policies and regulations.


  • Organizational Development: Identify opportunities for organizational development and change initiatives within the Commercial Department to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and employee engagement.


  • Learning and Development: Partner with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs tailored to the needs of the Commercial Department, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.


  • HR Analytics and Reporting: Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track and analyze key HR indicators within the Commercial Department, providing insights and recommendations to drive informed decision-making.


  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, within the Commercial Department, minimizing legal risks and liabilities.
  • The Successful Applicant
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (8+ years) as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a focus on supporting commercial functions.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proactive mindset with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
