Job vacancy Head, Regional IT Security

• Provide advisory on IT Security related issues (where countries do not have a dedicated IT Security role, the Country Head, Technology Services will assume this role.
• Pro-actively manage and get involved in IT Security related matters and across Securities and International entities regionally.
• Consult in IT security related matters with regards to IT projects including following upon improvement plans that have been put in place.
• Enforcing Group IT Security policies and procedures to regional entities.
• Ensure and drive the cyber security controls in countries as per the ITRoadmap.
• Point of contact for security tool updates across Securities and International entities and diligently ensuring respective entities remediate non-compliances.
• Point of contact to ensure security tool policies such as but not limited to Data Loss
• Prevention policies, secure web gateway policies, intrusion prevention system policies are enforced in line with local regulatory and/or as per Bank Group standards
• Point of contact in monitoring and managing remediation activities for the bank
• Securities and international entities that have been identified and assigned by Group IT Security

The Successful Applicant

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related discipline. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Security Manager(CISM) would be an added advantage.
• At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in managing the development and implementation of information securitypolicy, standards, guidelines and procedures.
• Work with outside consultants as appropriate for independent information security
• audits.
• Able to communicate information security-related concepts to a broad range oftechnical and non-technical staff.
• Have experience with business continuity planning, auditing, and risk management.
• Must have a solid understanding of information technology and information security.
