Job vacancy Senior Software Engineer [Front End Developer]

* Participate as a member of an agile development team to design, implement, and test new or existing systems based on agreed requirements and completion criteria.
* Verify that all code meets non-functional requirements (e.g., code quality, security, performance) and is supported by thorough unit and integration testing.
* Evaluate code and technical documentation created by other team members.
* Collaborate closely with product owners, quality assurance teams, and development peers to ensure early delivery of value.
* Streamline the software development process by embracing DevSecOps practices, monitoring deployment frequency, lead time for changes, mean time to recovery, and change failure rate.
* Identify and address inefficiencies promptly, proposing solutions for improvement through collaborative efforts.

The Successful Applicant

* At least 5-6 years of software development experience, ideally within an Agile context.

* Proficient in Cloud Native applications, Twelve-factor methodology, and developing applications as Microservices.

* Programming language background is not strictly required; familiarity with our tech stack, including Java (Spring Boot) and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular), is important.

* Experience in App development (Android NDK, React Native, or Flutter) is essential.

* Ability to operate in both Linux and Windows environments is desirable. * Familiarity with Scrum/Agile project management approaches.

* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

* Able to collaborate effectively with operations/business users, project teams, and vendors, possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Experience with agile maturity assessment, DevOps metrics (DORA), and SRE is a plus.
