at the ticket stated will be pickup at tun aminah station bus but the bus go somwhere else and then force me to take a grab to go that place. Come on shows some respect to the customer. The middle aged indian guy driver is not tolerate to its passenger. And also the seat is not comfortable at all. This is the worst bus company !!! Not willing to book for this bus again

If i can give no star i will give them no star. Dirty and old bus, 4 seat in a row and what make it even worse is the broken seat. Can not sit according to our ticket (the seat we choose when we buy ticket). The staff are not friendly and ignore our complain. Dont ever use selat keris. This is the second time i use this bus and the second time of disappointment. Rather have no bus than using this bus service.

Pathetic service, started 45 min late, took 3 stops, charged more, dropped us on main road at 3 am, rude staff, old bus, will never use this service again

Guys, just want share with you one thing that happen to me now,
I take a bus from tampoi indah then they drop me at Tun Aminah say want change bus but I'm waiting 1hour until now I duno which bus I need to take and how want to go? Never have a good communication, no teamwork and never have a solutions also. Better duno take its bus transport and make your trip in trouble lyk me plz..?

Paid more expensive than others bus company, but bus reached late for 2 hrs without any explanation. I paid for bus with 3 seats per row,but end up with 4 seats per row,need squeeze with others. Come with an old bus,it's not their company bus. Totally shit bus company. Being cheated!!

I would rate zero if I can.The bus late for 2 hours and didnt explain any thing. The driver will scold the passengers with very bad attitude.They were late but ask us move faster. Sth more terrible is we get up the bus at the middle of the road. WTF is this service?!

I would rate it zero star if I could. I waited for 1.5 hours for the bus to depart,the counter and driver are not friendly at all,even scold the passenger who ask for the reason of delaying. Attitude of driver really bad and impolite. and to mention that the bus are dirty too.

The bus driver of Selat Keris is speeding at the highway fast lane whereby he should follow the left lane. Apart from that, I found the door of the luggage storage area did not close properly and it is a potential hazard to other vehicles

I bought the bus tickets before one week ! Was told that the bus will arrived at 2pm and at last the bust arrived at 3:30pm ! Asked the person incharged he didn’t give me any reason! He changed my tickets and I had buy the VIP tickets before !I had choose my seats when I buy the tickets! WTH?!Then now I seat v others!

THE SERVICE IS SO TERRIBLE. NOT PUNCTUAL AT ALL. WAS TOLD THAT THE BUS WILL ARRIVE AT 5pm AND AT LAST THE BUS REACHED AT 6.15pm. ASKED THE PERSON INCHARGE AND HE SAID TRAFFIC JAM. I'm not sure whether it's really ' traffic jam or the actual time is 6.15pm ..
