1. Communicate with internal and external customers to gather requirements.

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver solutions to clients.

3. Analyse and interpret complex data related to medical insurance and health services.

4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the health care industry.

5. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.

6. Design good user experiences and user interfaces

7. Assist with the testing and verification of the solution prior to deployment for the company's use or delivery to the customer.

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's degree in relevant areas such as information technology, finance or economics.

- At least 4 years in business analysis, digital media, UX, UX, graphic design, or related field.

- Business application knowledge with hands-on experience in gap analysis, gathering requirements, documentation, training, QA/testing, and end user support.- Preferably experience in the medical insurance, health industry, or a related field.

- Previous project management or coordination experience is highly desired.
