• Business partnering - partner with leaders to communicate finding on reports and other collaborative analysis
• Market analysis - review, analyze, and communicate to leadership market trends, competitor positioning, and market opportunities
• Reporting - prepare monthly / quarterly / annual financial reports, including financial statement, variance analysis, and key business drivers
• Budgeting and forecasting - facilitate the process that aligns with corporate and business unit guidance and targets, including the impact of market trends, key business initiatives and drivers, and operational dynamics
• Problem solving

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor of commerce; finance graduate or intermediate chartered accountant
• Relevant experience of working in reputed captive / outsourcing environment
• Strong MS Excel, MS Office and proficient in ERP skills (PeopleSoft / SAP / Oracle / Workday Financial / BPC)
• Must possess clear understanding of the detailed process steps and activities performed by the BP&A team
• Work Experience Requirements 4-6 years
• Able to read and write Japanese
