Position Title : Admin Executive

Tenure: Permanent

Remuneration: RM2,500 – RM3,000

Responsibilities

· Screen incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required.

· Perform Data Entry and update the database system.

· Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers

· General office management such as ordering stationary.

· Taking minutes.

· Responsible for administrative tasks.

· Assist colleagues whenever necessary.

· Any ad hoc tasks assigned from the management.

Requirement

· Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or any other business or professional related studies.

· Preferably with working experience in the manufacturing industry.

· Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.

· Effective organizational, stress and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

· Demonstrate a sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines.

· Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

· At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is advantageous
