Job vacancy Finance Business Partner

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the industrial software solution business model and the entire financial processes and their implications.
• Assist in the development of the monthly management pack, encompassing financial analysis and forecasts.
• Take charge of business control by crafting and managing budget and forecasting models for Business Profit and Loss (P&L) and critical balance sheet elements.
• Collaborate with the shared service operation team to facilitate month-end closing, accounting, tax, and transactional affairs.
• Aid in project profitability assessment by contributing to costing analysis.
• Actively participate in discussions regarding new business models and provide pertinent financial support.
• Engage in or lead initiatives for the digitalization and automation of the Business, particularly in matters related to financial systems, refining processes as necessary.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Preferably professional qualified (ACCA/CPA/CIMA etc)
• Min 5 years of experience in financial management, controlling, or business partnering roles within the technology sector, preferably in a commercial finance capacity
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, particularly in revenue recognition for technology businesses
• Excellent communication abilities, proficient in both English and Mandarin at a professional working level
• Required in dealings with China counterparts
