Job vacancy Finance & Business Transformation, Senior Manager

• Analyze data to evaluate both new and existing processes, resources, and systems, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop comprehensive business cases for proposed changes, presenting them to senior leadership for review and approval.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to identify areas for improvement, devising a robust enhancement strategy and integrated initiatives.
• Take the lead on multiple process improvement projects, engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including external partners, to design and implement new systems or processes.
• Monitor the progress of each project, ensuring adherence to timelines and achievement of objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish communication plans to keep all relevant individuals, partners, and stakeholders informed about changes in processes or procedures.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferable in FMCG / Retail industry
Strong analytical skill with good business acumen
Advance Microsoft Office Skill, strong at pivot table, statistical analysis with Excel functions, data mining and presentation
Explicit Project/Program Management experience, preferably certified in PMP
Experience in leading and driving major business process improvement and business transformation within the organisation
Experience in defining change management strategy and/or leading and driving a team of change management specialist to execute transition/adoption plan
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
