About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring high standards and adherence to deadlines. You will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects while maintaining compliance with company policies, requirements, and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the project adheres to company policies, requirements, and regulations.
- Ensure site teams have the necessary capabilities and resources to fulfill project objectives and contractual obligations.
- Develop project schedules and regularly monitor progress.
- Prepare required reports for headquarters and submit all claims in accordance with contractual entitlements.
- Provide effective leadership in managing the project and the team.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity on construction sites.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering construction and contracts.
- Proficient in computer skills with excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Special skills in time management and cost control are advantageous.
