Job vacancy Team Lead - IT

• Lead and manage a team of developers and testers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects and tasks.
• Act as a primary liaison between the project team and software development team, overseeing requirement clarification and negotiating scope, resources, and timelines.
• Review blueprints and provide comprehensive feedback on requirements from operational and technical perspectives.
• Evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align with business requirements, adhering to agreed timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Provide technical design and architectural leadership to ensure software applications meet architectural standards and frameworks.
• Ensure that solutions meet business objectives and resolve defined problem statements, maintaining and enhancing architecture specifications, frameworks, and best practices.
• Develop software quality blueprints and manage performance and development processes for the team, offering coaching and development opportunities.

The Successful Applicant

• Education: Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Certification: Preferably Microsoft Certified or Scrum Master Certified.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years in software development with 2 years in team management.
• Skills: .Net (C#, .Net Core), TypeScript, SQL, MVC, Web API, Angular, Agile, OOP, AWS/Azure Cloud, strong problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
