• Collaborate with your peer from clients' side to devise both strategic and tactical plans.
• Oversee the execution of these plans throughout the sales and account management functions.
• Champion your various teams and managers to achieve quarterly revenue targets and meet KPIs across different markets.
• Experienced in rigorous process and operations management, with the capacity to expand and optimize the business function.
• Brings pertinent thought leadership to improve overall program results.
• Provides regular updates on business status to multiple stakeholders through data-driven, concise, and clear written and verbal communications.
• Capable of managing delivery outcomes while also offering strategic and tactical input.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will be confident in growing the business and steering the company to the most profitable position, while having the drive to grow online advertising sales across the massive Greater China region. It's critical you have an all-rounded experience and must possess the requirements below:

• Bachelor's degree & above with upwards of 7 years of digital media sales, online advertising experience with at least 4 years in sales management, leading a team of people managers/leads.
• Exceptional communication and active listening abilities with capacity to articulate complex information in a clear and straightforward manner with native or professional fluency in Mandarin as an absolute must.
• Must have experience in the digital marketing/online advertising space with principals or agencies in the Greater China region.
• Excels in building relationships and connecting with people, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and foster collaboration.
• Exhibits strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting metrics, tracking performance, and making data-driven decisions.
• Adapts to shifting priorities and works efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
