Responsibilities

· Responsible for the establishment of a new factory from scratch.

· Maintaining government relations and enhancing communication and coordination with relevant regulatory agencies to drive business outcomes.

· Improving and implementing company procedures and management systems.

· Assisting the General Manager in overseeing the management of various functional departments.

· Responsible for organizing external and internal activities of the company.

Job requirements:

· Minimum of 5 years of work experience in related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a foreign-owned company.

· Bachelor's degree or higher education level.
