  • Talent Acquisition and Retention:
    • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
    • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
    • Implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and improve employee satisfaction.


  • Performance Management:
    • Design and manage the performance management system, including performance appraisals, feedback processes, and performance improvement plans.
    • Train and support managers in conducting effective performance reviews and setting meaningful performance goals.
    • Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


  • Employee Development:
    • Develop and implement employee development programs, including training, mentoring, and career development initiatives.
    • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans.
    • Coordinate with external training providers as needed.


  • Succession Planning:
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive succession planning program to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates for key positions.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify critical roles and develop succession strategies.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of succession planning efforts.


  • HR Strategy and Policy:
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent and performance management.
    • Provide expertise and guidance on HR-related issues to management and employees.


  • Employee Engagement:
    • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational culture.
    • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
    • Implement action plans to address employee feedback and enhance the workplace environment.
  • The Successful Applicant
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of pertinent work experience.
    • Agile, quick-thinking, intelligent, and responsive, with excellent communication abilities.
    • Strong focus on personality, interpersonal skills, and emotional intelligence.
    • Proficient in both English and BM.
