The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• Master's Degree in Logistics, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
• 4-7 years of experience in programming (C# preferred), data analysis (MS Excel, SQL preferred), and simulation tools (Sim3D preferred).
• Expertise in simulation tools, programming, and data analysis.
• Experience in Intra-Logistics operations and Automated Material Handling Equipment.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• English business proficiency required.
• Team player with collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally
