Job vacancy Accounts Payable Analyst - China Market Support

• Verify and process invoices according to KPIs, service levels, and company policies.
• Cultivate professional relationships with stakeholders and vendors, fostering collaboration.
• Assist in preparing analytic reports and accounting schedules.
• Identify and propose improvements for efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate as needed, while also handling Travel & Expense processing and audit participation.

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in relevant field (Commerce, Finance, Accounting)
• 1 - 3 years of work experience Industry or shared services experience is an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP is essential.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is required as this roles is supporting the China market.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
