This position is responsible to support our Digital Applications Management department in Asia.

Key accountabilities

• Support of SAP HCM Applications in Malaysia and Hong Kong

• Acting as second level support for tickets regarding SAP HCM modules Payroll, Personal Administration, Organizational Management and Time Attendance

• Supporting implementation projects in other countries in the APAC Area

• Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes

• Design and conduct training programs

• Regularly provide support to end-users

• Ensure compliance requirements are met through organizational and procedural measures including implementation of Group guidelines, performing trainings, monitoring compliance etc.

Job requirements

• Ability to work in an international team with emphasis on service orientation.

• Willingness to participate in SAP roll-out projects in Asia, to travel and to regularly provide a support to end-users.

• To comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994(Act 514) and to observe the requirements of the Company Health Safety and Environment Policy and other relevant legislation.

• To update all areas of knowledge as required to carry out the job with maximum effectiveness and to attend training/development courses as and when required.

• To comply will all aspects of the HR Policies and Procedures of the Company.

• To assume responsibility for those aspects of the OH&S management system over which they have control

• To participate in the development, planning, implementation, performance evaluation, and actions (PDCA) for improvement of the OH&S management system.

• To report any incident involving own self, co-workers, contractors involving machineries or mobile machine whilst at the workplace to your immediate superior & (HSE Manager) as soon as reasonably practicable.

• To report any commuting to work accident a soon as reasonably practicable to your immediate superior & HSE Manager.

• To comply with procedures as required under current existing ISO standards.

Education/Qualification

· Candidates must possess at least a university degree in a business or technical field (or comparable qualification / experiences)

· Minimum of three years professional business and technical experience within the HR area of the SAP R/3 system with an international background

· Knowledge of Payroll requirements in Malaysia and Hong Kong.

· Knowledge of Payroll in India would be an advantage

· Knowledge of HR integration with other SAP modules (especially with FI and CO)

· Knowledge of the interfaces between SAP HR and BI would be an advantage

· Knowledge of employee and manager self-services in SAP HCM
