• Define and document business processes and decision strategies

The Successful Applicant

• Comprehensive knowledge of credit processes throughout the client lifecycle, including loan origination, customer management, and collection stages
• Strong proficiency in documentation, communication, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in business analysis, system architecture, and solutions within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain
• Familiarity with Fintech operations and emerging trends, particularly in the lending sector
• Ability to identify and address gaps in existing functionality through collaboration with stakeholders
• Expertise in business process management principles and problem-solving techniques
• Proactive and self-driven approach to work, with a focus on accountability and high-quality output
• Skill in fostering collaborative relationships both internally and externally
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of other Asian languages considered advantageous
• Proficient in effectively communicating complex concepts to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing
