• Define and document business processes and decision strategies

• Assist in implementing business requirements and configuring software platforms

The Successful Applicant

• Deep understanding of credit processes across various stages of the client lifecycle
• Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in business analysis, system architecture, and BFSI domain solutions
• Familiarity with Fintech operations and emerging trends
• Ability to identify gaps in functionality and collaborate with stakeholders to address them
• Knowledge of business process management principles and problem-solving techniques
• Proactive and self-driven approach to work
• Skill in building collaborative relationships both within and outside the organization
• Fluent in English, with knowledge of other Asian languages considered a plus
• Take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality results independently
• Effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences, both orally and in writing
