  • Business Partnering:
    • Partner with business unit leaders across the SEA to become a trusted advisor, proactively understanding their strategic goals and financial needs.
    • Translate financial data and trends into clear, concise, and actionable insights for business leaders.
    • Participate in strategic planning discussions, providing financial analysis and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives.
    • Identify and communicate potential financial risks and opportunities to business unit leaders.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis:
    • Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts for the SEA, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
    • Analyze financial performance and identify trends and variances.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
    • Support the budgeting process for the SEA, including developing assumptions, gathering data, and consolidating budgets.
    • Monitor and analyze regional cash flow and working capital.
    • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability.
  • Additional Skills:
    • Stay up-to-date on relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.



The Successful Applicant
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a FP&A role with strong business partnering experience.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling software (e.g., Excel) and SAP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
