- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational change.
- Lead and support TMOD initiatives that promote a high-performance culture.
- Develop and execute talent management programs, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
- Identify high-potential employees and create individualized development plans to prepare them for future leadership roles.
- Assess and diagnose organizational needs, providing solutions that improve overall effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Design and facilitate workshops and training programs focused on leadership, team development, and organizational change.
- Implement and oversee performance management systems that drive employee development and align with company objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
- Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being, promoting a positive organizational culture.
- Utilize HR analytics to measure the effectiveness of TMOD programs and initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership on HR metrics and trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Human Resources; Proven experience in leading organizational change and implementing TMOD initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.

Salary
MYR12,000 - MYR16,000 per month (MYR144,000 - MYR192,000 per year) (MYR)
