  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals, ensuring they are motivated, supported, and equipped to meet hiring goals.
  • International Experience: Utilize your international experience to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Partnership and Collaboration: Partner with leaders across the organization to understand their hiring needs and concerns, providing strategic advice and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition programs and practices, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System) implementation, to streamline and improve the hiring process.
  • Job Descriptions and KPIs: Collaborate with hiring managers to create detailed job descriptions and establish KPIs and SLAs to measure the success of the TA function.
  • Situational Skills: Navigate and manage an unstructured environment, implementing necessary structures and processes to ensure efficient and effective recruitment operations.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Bring an entrepreneurial mindset to the role, with a desire to innovate and improve recruitment practices continuously.
  • Regional Focus: Focus on regional recruitment.
  • Executive Hiring: Building up the Senior Management team.
The Successful Applicant
  • Proven experience leading a talent acquisition team, preferably within a startup environment.
  • Experience working with various Manufacturing Industry.
  • Strong international experience with a deep understanding of employment laws and best practices across different regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with leaders and stakeholders, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Experience in implementing ATS and other recruitment technologies to enhance the TA function.
  • Excellent organizational and situational skills, capable of managing an unstructured environment and establishing effective processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to innovate and drive continuous improvement in recruitment practices
