Manage and lead the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are understood and adhered to.
4M resource management (Money, Manpower, Materials and Machineries)
Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety standards are upheld and quality control is maintained.
Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and controlling costs.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or requests.
Prepare and present progress reports and other project documentation to senior management and stakeholders.
