 Applicable to the Preparation for flavors and fragrances
The main components in the D-xylose and L-arabinose Suryp are D-xylose, L-arabinose and glucose etc., all of these are 5-carbo sugar, so the D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup can be used in Maillard Reaction together with the Amino acid successfully. Healtang research data shows that when add D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup into the Maillard Reactions, the reaction speed will be enhanced by 40%, the product quality (appearance & smell & fragrance) will be much more better than using other Syrup.
 Applicable to be used as buffering agent in the concrete
1. Adding D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup in Concrete can prevent the concrete caking; when add 0.2% of the Syrup can increase the initial coagulation time more than 10 times longer
2. Adding D-xylose and L-arabinose Syrup in Concrete can increase the plasticity and strength of the concrete;
