Feature 1 (Search Worker)
Searches the worker using the passport number or the name. If the result returns more than one worker of the same name, the system provides an option to choose the expected worker from the returned list.
Feature 2 (Personal Details)
Ability to add/edit the basic details of the worker, including passport, agent, employer, status, arrival date, and remarks associated to the worker.
Feature 3 (Insurance)
Keeps the records of FWHS and FWCS insurance of the worker.
Feature 4 (Special Pass)
Keeps the records of special passes been given to the worker.
Feature 5 (FOMEMA)
Can store and search the FOMEMA status of the worker.
Feature 6 (PLKS Submission)
Stores the record of visa submission and collection dates.
Feature 7 (Visa Details)
Stores the visa issuance, expiry, status, and other details.

Feature 1 (Sectors)
Ability to add/edit and list down different sectors (e.g. Service, Manufacturing). Sectors are later assigned to workers.
Feature 2 (Status)
Ability to add/edit and list down different statuses which can possibly be assigned to the worker, e.g. Active, Runaway etc.
Feature 3 (Payment Items)
Feature to add/edit and list down the payment items (item name and price) involved in the process of a business task to be done. E.g. Levi and Passport renewal etc.
Feature 4 (User Accounts)
Feature to create/edit and list down the user accounts to access the system. Users can be given the read/write access to have the ability to use all the features of the system or just the read-only access.
Feature 1 (“Payment by”): Option to select between “By Worker” and “By Employer” which differentiates the payment source between two, because in some cases the workers themselves are willing to make the payment instead of employer.
Feature 2 (Quotation Preview): User gets the quotation preview while the workers and payment items are been added or removed.
Feature 3 (Quotation Generation): Generates the Invoice/Quotation in an MS Excel file.
Feature 4 (Payment): Payments are made by opening back the quotation/invoice that was issued to the employer or worker. It opens the quotation/invoice and enables the option to transact payment the payment for the specific invoice/quotation.
Payment for multiple workers at once is supported
Payment features even stores the debts and balance, in cases where employers does not pay all amount at once but in installments.
