Principle:
- The part joint surfaces melt in proper weld time when press against the hot plate.
- The hot plate retracts. The parts are forced together & solidified in proper hold time.
- The machine is constructed of main body, hot mold set and upper-lower jig fixtures.
Features:
- Suits particularly assembly of parts either large size or irregular shape.
- Suits poor ultrasonic transmission material.
