We are a registered company under the Board of Company Registration of Malaysia and established since 2016 majoring in providing freelance and outsources Taking-off Measurement services in Construction Projects with wide spectrum of Quantity Surveying & Cost Management, Taking-off Measurement, Re-measurement Work, Project Monitoring, Preparation of Bills of Quantities based on truly consultant services and etc.
TLA has been involved in a wide variety of construction project ranging from residential housing, condominium / services apartments, commercial complexes, hospitals and educational buildings to large scale housing schemes involving township development, various types of factories, club houses and recreational facilities and conservation of heritage buildings.
